BestOf.ad helps you discover places in Andorra and organize your own plans. These are the limits of this information service.

A guide, not a booking service
21 Million SLU publishes the iPhone app. It lets you browse information, save place references and plan a day. It does not make bookings, sell establishments’ services or handle their payments.
Rankings and selections are pointers, not guarantees of quality or suitability for your needs. A listing does not announce a partnership or an official recommendation from a tourism body.
Check before you go
Hours, prices, photos, services and access conditions may change or be incomplete. Confirm important information directly with the establishment. The guide does not guarantee opening, availability or freedom from risk.
For mountain activities and travel, check local conditions and guidance from the authorities and professionals. The map, the position it shows and the order of your day plan do not replace appropriate preparation or a safety-navigation tool.
Your notebook and notes
You choose what to write in your notes and what to share. The notebook is stored in the app without BestOf sync between devices. Listings and photos need a connection; backups and exports are managed separately.
Erasure, uninstalling or a storage problem can cause data loss. Do not rely on BestOf to hold a recoverable copy of your notes. Avoid storing sensitive information that you do not need for your outing.
Content and external services
Content is presented for viewing in the guide. Displaying it does not grant you reuse rights in third-party photos, text or trademarks; obtain any permissions your intended use requires.
Services opened through a link, call or share action have their own terms and privacy practices. BestOf does not control their availability or delivery of services. Do not use the app to disrupt services or infringe other people’s rights.

These limits describe the guide’s intended use. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, guarantees or remedies that apply to you.
